Can I scan my lottery ticket on this website?
Ticket scanning takes place in the Lottery Prize Check iPhone app. This website provides product information, help and the App Store download link. It has no ticket upload form.
Which games can I check?
The public app supports standard, full-share Saturday Lotto, Oz Lotto and Powerball single-draw entries, plus Set for Life ranges of 1–10 consecutive weeks. Some ticket formats and older draws are unsupported. Read the full game and format guide.
Can I use an existing ticket photo?
Yes. Choose photo opens your phone's system photo picker. You can also use Scan ticket to take a new photo. Include the whole ticket, with clear draw details and every entry line.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account is required and the app has no ticket history. An internet connection is required to process the selected photo and retrieve published results.
Understanding a check
Does the app officially validate winning tickets?
No. It provides an informational comparison with published draw results. Keep your original ticket and take any potential winning ticket to an authorised Lotterywest retailer for verification and redemption. Lotterywest's official validation is authoritative.
What if the photo is unreadable or a number looks wrong?
Do not rely on a result whose recognised details do not match the ticket. Retake a clear whole-ticket photo, keeping it flat, in focus and free from glare, or use official checking. The app has no manual number editor. Support has more troubleshooting steps.
Does an unavailable result mean my ticket lost?
No. An unreadable photo, future draw, unavailable published result or connection error is not a completed losing check. Retry later where appropriate or use official Lotterywest channels.
Why does a Set for Life ticket show different draw statuses?
Each supported daily draw is checked separately. Some draws may be complete while others are future or unavailable. Any amount shown while draws are unchecked covers checked draws only. Scan again later to check the remaining draws.
Why might a potential win have no prize amount?
A matching division can be identified before a reliable published amount is available. The app does not guess missing dividends or substitute an advertised jackpot. Set for Life Division 1 and 2 instalment prizes also require official verification.
Privacy and independence
What happens to my selected ticket photo?
With photo sharing allowed, the selected image is sent to our server and OpenAI for processing. We do not save uploaded ticket photos or check history on our server; service-provider retention policies still apply. Read the privacy notice for details about processing, feedback and advertising.
Is this an official Lotterywest app?
No. Lottery Prize Check is an independent companion tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Lotterywest. It does not sell entries, accept bets or redeem prizes.
