Can I scan my ticket on this website?

Scanning happens in the Lottery Prize Check iPhone app. This website explains the app and links to its App Store listing; it does not upload or scan tickets.

Is this an official Lotterywest app?

No. Lottery Prize Check is an independent informational checker, not affiliated with or endorsed by Lotterywest. Official validation of your original physical ticket is authoritative.

What if the photo or result is unclear?

Keep the whole ticket flat and well lit, and try another photo. Check recognised numbers against the original. An error or unavailable result does not mean your ticket has lost. You can always use official Lotterywest checking channels.

Do I need an account or internet connection?

No account is needed. An internet connection is required to process your selected photo and compare ticket numbers with published results. Read our privacy notice for details about photo processing and advertising.
