Review the details before relying on a comparison
Photo recognition can be wrong. Compare the displayed game, draw details and every recognised number with your physical ticket. If the details are unclear or incorrect, retake a whole-ticket photo or use official checking. A successful scan is not a guarantee that every detail was read correctly.
Only the listed games and ticket formats are supported. Unsupported formats, incomplete photos, unavailable published results and service errors cannot establish a completed losing result.
Prize amounts and incomplete draw ranges
Displayed amounts are estimates based on available published dividends for the identified draw. Missing or unreliable amounts are not guessed, and advertised jackpots are not substituted for an entry's prize.
When a Set for Life range includes future or unavailable draws, any displayed total covers checked draws only. It is not the final result for the whole ticket. Set for Life Division 1 and 2 instalment prizes require official verification of the payment terms.
